Jog Dog

Help! The earth is tilting

It’s been a damp, dismal day and I wasn’t really looking forward to taking Rick out for his afternoon walk.  I was delighted when Kat offered to take him with her for a run.  She attached his lead to her waist and off they jogged.  He thought it was wonderful; I can’t go any faster than a brisk walk.

Apparently he behaved very well and their excursion passed without mishap. Unfortunately Barff  Lane is very muddy at the moment so Rick had to have a shower when he got home.  The house now smells of soggy doggy.

  1. That's a solemn looking dog, you have there! I'll bet he had a blast running along with your daughter, though! -Jenn

  2. Like you I only walk my dog and when my sons come over, they often take Bounce for a run which he loves.

    1. I hope he doesn't expect me to run when I take him out again.

  3. I've never washed Bok, and he doesn't smell at all. If it's wet outside he gets dried-off with his own towel. Otherwise, he's brushed every day; and that's it.

    1. Long hair and a very muddy lane - had to be done.

    2. I was thinking why not let him dry off and then the mud will just come off when he lies around on his rug. My cats come in muddy and wet and one was completely immersed in a pond recently. They get toweled down and they do the rest. They soon clean and dry themselves.

    3. Ah. Mine are all scruffy ones and dirt doesn't show. I understand.

  6. Even though I am not gay, I must say that Paul has a sexy arse. You could make a bit of extra money by sending that picture to a magazine like "Boyz".
