Bah Humbug

Bah Humbug
Rick is sulking.  His favourite people, Paul and Kat, have gone out and left him at home with me.  I have tried to cheer him up by getting him to pose in a silly Christmas hat.  He absolutely refuses to smile or lift his ears for me.  Perhaps he needs more sherry and mince pies.

  1. Give Rick some credence he knows that your christmas is false and just a human idea for a midwinter binge :-)

    1. I need to get a picture of him smiling with his ears up - and the hat!

  4. Look at that cutie! What a good looking boy. The expression on his face tells me all I need to know about how he feels about that hat!

    1. I don't actually approve of dressing animals up but I couldn't resist!

  5. He looks good, but not happy, my cat would throw a hissy fit if I put a hat on her.

    1. I have to be very careful with foodie treats as he has a delicate tum. He settled for a cuddle on my lap.

  9. Poor Rick - he really doesn't look very happy. Next year he'll remember you made him wear that hat, and he'll run and hide when the decorations come out !

    1. I don't think he really minded the hat, he was just miserable because his beloved master and Kat had left him behind.
