Congratulations
My ‘phone went off early this morning. Sarah ‘whatsapping’ me from Australia. Alarm bells ring when she contacts us out of her regular time slot. I knew she had gone to a heavy metal/rock festival on Saturday. What could have happened? This is the conversation....
"Good morning. Have you had a great weekend?"
"It was the best weekend...
And I have news!"
She then sent me two images...
I am so pleased for her. Almost two years ago she was heartbroken after a 13 year relationship came to an abrupt end. She was bereft but she fought back and rebuilt her life. For Sarah love was just around the corner. I wish them both every future happiness.

ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteIVe just re-read my comment. The gold and diamonds I mentioned weren’t referring to the beautiful ring, buy my meaning was that to a parent a happy child is so very important.
That is good news what a suprise to us all, but I'm sure that you and Buddy had an inkling!
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful! Congratulations to the happy couple, and their families, too, of course. ❤
