Technical Problems

Anyone else having problems making comments?  At the moment I am unable to make comments on other people's blogs or reply to those made on mine.

Not sure if the problem is with blogger or my computer.  In the meantime I apologise for ignoring everyone!  Hopefully normal service will resume soon.

  1. I am not having any problems with the matters you mention Sue. All is functioning well at the moment. Why not wave your magic wand? Everything will be okay then.

  3. A few weeks ago, I could not log in. I did a reboot and presto, everything worked again. Another time, in addition to a reboot I unplugged the power and then plugged it in again and that made the computer work as well. For me, when the PC is not working all my fixes are a "shot in the dark." If all my attempts fail, I go to the geeks.

  4. I had problems two days ago on someone else’s blog. In the past any problems I had, generally only lasted a couple of days. -Jenn

  5. Using a Mac laptop, I have to go in through Google Chrome. When I comment, Blogger then shows my name "Comment as: Margaret Butterworth". this is how I know that my comment is going to get through.

  6. Strangely, my replying to comments has suddenly gone back to normal this morning. For months there's been a delay before I could reply, but today it goes instantly into reply mode.

  7. No, I'm able to make a comment.
    Yesterday Microsoft finally decided to take matters in hand - after my continually ignoring the pleas to update. Everything is now very slow, and I'm now trying to find, and re-instate, things I've lost. Why can't they leave things as they are!

    1. I'm using Firefox and only able to comment afer waiting for about five minutes. It must be a problem with my browser, not Blogger.

  9. In the last week I have tried to Comment but when it comes to a Left Click on Publish nowt happens. I thump the thing again and am sure that it will end in a multiple Comment which is very much not required. This is not on yours exclusively so may well just be my mouse!
