Buddy's Road Trip Part 1

Buddy eyeing up the booze

I've finished my ironing, cleaned the flat, done some Tai Chi, looked out of the window and checked that all my neighbours have returned to work.  A boring (but relaxing) day and nothing to blog about.  So I will update you on Buddy's adventures in Australia.

Buddy's two week road trip is nearing an end and his little Destination Paradise red van should be careering back (it's the way Andy drives) into Sydney on Friday. The guys have clocked up a lot of mileage touring the coastal areas of Victoria before turning inland and exploring the outback.  (I think I need one of Rachel's maps.) The van had to go for repairs in Adelaide after losing first and reverse gears.

Here are some photos of Buddy enjoying the beach and the vineyards of the Barossa valley.

  2. He looks a bit worried in that selfie shot. Much happier in the last one. I love his little plaid harness. -Jenn

  3. He really is a gorgeous little chap, but he's looking a bit sad, and I think he's missing you.

  4. It`s lovely to see Buddy and his humans enjoying the outdoors. It`s bitterly cold here after a couple of rainy days. I expect we will have snow soon.

    1. Cold and frosty here too Chris, but we rarely see any snow in the south west.

  5. Nice for them all to get out and explore but you sure have to cover some miles to get anywhere. Bad luck about the car repairs, you don't need the extra expense when you're on holiday.

    1. Luckily they managed to get it repaired quickly in Adelaide. I've just got a message to say they have arrived home from their adventure safe and sound.
